In other words, it appears that G Tod might be blocking images created via symbol fonts. With Windows 7 and SeaMonkey 2.26.1, I see the actual buttons -- with appropriate markings -- unless I block Web pages from sending fonts I have not installed. If I do block them, the buttons are still there; but they contain the hex codes of the intended markings. This is generally considered poor design of a Web page; it is much better to use images (e.g., JPEG, GIF) for button markings. -- David E.
