Per FedEx web site:

If you have received a fraudulent e-mail that claims to be from FedEx,
you can report it by forwarding it to [email protected].


Not much that they can do as others of said. Best is mark as spam and let the junk filter do its thing. If *everybody* did just that there would be no spam, or at least a lot less. Spammers don't do it for fun, they do it because it works.
