They will be created as you send, delete, etc.
BTW, when you delete accounts the folders and files of the old accounts
may not be deleted at the OS level. If you are concerned about drive
space you can delete them manually in the OS. Same for news groups.
Mozilla apps leave a lot behind when deleting via the UI.
