The files you're looking for are named msgFilterRules.dat. But editing
them looks like it would be pretty ugly.
I had recently posted in a thread about message filters and the same
file was mentioned. I got to poking around a bit and in each newsgroup
that had a filter, the corresponding .DAT file had my conditions. I did
not see anything in msgFilterRules.dat (using Notepad).
I do not have any filters on newsgroups, just email accounts, so I can't
comment on this.
