I'm currently using Composer. Indeed you have to hand code CSS but it works, doesn't crash Linux (Old Komposer), doesn't cost you for every plugin (BlueGriffin) and so on. The only problem I have with it is the lack of HTML_Tidy and CSS_Tidy and I can work around that. Google Tables in CSS and you'll find lots of examples.
