Export as CSV, import to SM as a new address book. Once it's in SM, you can organize as you please. If you really mean "list" and not "address book," create an empty list with the desired name and then drag and drop records from the new address book to the list.
To import, open the address book (CTRL-5), do Tools | Import and follow the directions. You'll have an opportunity to match column headings/field names during the process.
