Well, new builds were supposed to be released end of June but that
date has come and gone. A few contrib builds has been built locally on
someone's machine

but we're all still waiting for a build server to be online and the
old build setup to be migrated. It's allegedly happening but very,
very, very slowly.

I think that users are more interested in solving unresolved bugs from
years and years then expecting design changes.
