Problem is that when we go to do these operations we aren't posting to a

Good bug reporters know to use a test environment for their steps to
reproduce if possible. Even if you first see a bug here, try test it in
mozilla.test before reporting the bug.

What two groups do you suggest we use? I got reprimanded for using
m.test.multimedia, when testing to see if this bug was fixed.
For testing cross-posts, the most appropriate two newsgroups are
mozilla.test and mozilla.test.multimedia.
If you want to use mozilla.general instead of mozilla.test.multimedia,
that's allowed, but not most appropriate, because mozilla.general is not
for test posts.
I have no idea what reprimand you're referring to.
