In the past, the Release Notes included a link to a list of all
SeaMonkey bug reports closed by the release and a link to a separate
list of all non-SeaMonkey bug reports closed by the incorporation of
Core, Toolkit, Mail-News Core, etc components.  Will this be available
for SeaMonkey 2.38?
