We can't; we're just other users of the mailing list. You can, however, remove yourself by following the instructions linked at the bottom of every email you receive from the list:

Towards the bottom of that page, there is a section titled "support-seamonkey Subscribers" with a box to enter your email address and a button to "Unsubscribe or edit options".
It is admittedly a little confusing that the first option in that section is for administrators, so you might think the whole section is for admins and not get as far as seeing the unsubscribe option!
