I have v2.28 installed on a Windows 8.1 PC.

It is not used as the default program for anything.

All email-related activities default to Thunderbird.

Yet, when I try to email a PDF from within the PDF viewing application

How do I stop SM from interfering?

Thanks.

Have you checked the prefs for your PDF viewing application to see if there is a setting in there to select your preferred mail program??

If you are browsing, using your preferred browser program, and you click on an e-mail address, does SeaMonkey or your Thunderbird open??
