The only way I can think of would be to have separate profiles. You
would have one that had only email accounts set up, and another with
only newsgroup accounts set up. SeaMonkey does make profile
management easy. You can set up a new profile while still running it,
and set it to ask you, when you start up, which profile to use.
How will you the manage the Local-Folders ?
