They are not hidden.
Well they could be if he has the status bar hidden. "View > Show/Hide >
Status Bar" enabled and will be on left side of status bar as you
described below.
They are at the left bottom side of a SeaMonkey window.
and also under the drop-down menu "Window"
I never use tabs, because I hate tabs.
The topmenu is really clear - this is better than intuitive.
You don't understand: Send, Address, Attach, Spell, Security, Save ???
Or GetMesgs, compose, Reply, ReplyAll, Forward, etc ???
