it, but you may not get the highest quality. I prefer the command
line youtube-dl, <https://rg3.github.io/youtube-dl/>, which by default
will get the highest quality, combining the best audio and best video
if necessary. I haven't tried it on Windows, though.
+1 for the youtube-dl program. Works fine on Windows (in fact, they
provide a binary[0] youtube-dl.exe on their website). Best used in
conjunction with the mpv[1] media player.
