I do not remove existing extensions or SeaMonkey itself when installing
a new version of SeaMonkey. Thus, I do not have to reinstall any of my
extensions.

I do copy my profile folders in case I want to revert back to a prior
version of SeaMonkey. Since extensions are installed per-profile, I do
not have to reinstall my extensions if I revert.
