Fwiw, I indeedly-do did make a faux-pas... The update step actually wasn't good and yet, I went ahead and pushed to the end.
I am certain that this mistake will be rectified, and those responsible will be punished. Those gremlins. ;P Seriously, I'm sorry for the screw up. Working on the fix.
