Best bet is to uninstall/reinstall Flash. >
I found long ago that I must uninstall Flash before installing a new version. I am not sure if this is still true, but I do it anyway. This does not require rebooting. Six other applications on my PC require (or did require at one time) removal of the old version before installing the new version. Five of them require rebooting between removing the old version and installing the new one. -- David E.
