Thanks for the suggestion.
At any rate, if Flash is acting up, the solution has to be to fix Flash, not to fix SeaMonkey. Best bet is to uninstall/reinstall Flash.
Did it and still was crashing, so went over to Internet Explorer and everything worked fine so guess my run on SeaMonkey is ending. Have used it since Mozilla.
