I'm running SeaMonkey 2.40 under Windows 10, and recently migrated my profile
from a
Windows XP machine which will soon be retired.

There are 74 files in my profile folder named Bookmarks-1.html through
Bookmarks-74.html with dates going back almost three years. They are of varying
sizes, and were created at varying intervals. All of them are a portion of my
overall
bookmarks file.

What is the purpose of these files? What causes them to be created? Is it safe
to
delete any or all of them? Thanks!

John

I can tell you it's safe to delete them. The strange intervals & sizes of the files make me suspect a bug that was never fixed.
