I called the number suggested, and asked if a complaint could be made, and was told yes, and made the complaint.
Also, perhaps it might be useful any time one needs to call Customer Service to say that you would much prefer to get this information on line, but are calling Customer Service only because Chase is no longer allowing SeaMonkey.
