I've always copied \users\whatever\appdata\roaming\mozilla\seamonkey
to the new machine first and then installed seamonkey.

I have a directory with all my installed programs, so it was easy
enough to get the old stuff installed on the mew machine.  In other
words, I dunno what happens when helper apps aren't installed yet :(
