Java has been a security concern for years. Your statement about Chrome is 
false. SeaMonkey and Firefox do not use Java either.

Name some. I don't know of any mainstream web sites that require Java. I 
hope you are not confusing Java and *JavaScript* which is a completely 
different thing.

Regarding images in your email, do you mean embedded or attached images, 
or *remote content*?
