Forgot to mention that missing buttons is a GTK3 build result, unless something
has changed lately. Buttons are still there in all GTK2 builds I've tried.

That's a link to Win32. I'm running Linux. I tried a newer akalla 2.46 but it
was a GTK3. Where I got the GTK2 20161005013219 from and how I found out about
it I have no recollection. 20161119153553 is 2.47, presumably GTK3, since I
can't find a gtk2 buildconfig flag, and is missing scroll buttons:
