BE CAREFUL!!

You (Jerry) are correct.  However, that will delete all existing
passwords.

Before doing that, dowload the Password Exporter extension from
<https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/password-exporter/>
and convert it for SeaMonkey compatibility at
<http://addonconverter.fotokraina.com/>.  Install the converted
extension and export all the passwords.  Only then should anyone reset
the master password, after which the exported passwords can be
re-imported using the Password Exporter extension.

Note that the Password Exporter extension is executed through its
Options button in the Extensions pane of the Add-ons Manager window.
