I could be wrong, since I have never used a Master Password, but I think
this might be what you are looking for.
Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Master Passwords
Probably "Reset Master Password -> Reset Password is what you want.
That will delete any saved passwords as well as resetting the Master
Password. If you know what the Master Password is set to, and want to
keep saves passwords, you can remove the Master Password by clicking
"Change Password", entering the current password and leaving the new
password blank.
If you don't know what the Master Password is set to, you'll have to use
the reset option and lose any saved passwords (unless you have a backup
of your profile from before the Master Password was set).
