If I hover my cursor over the citation, the tool-tip says "RESOLVED INVALID". If I select the citation's link, however, I get: > You are not authorized to access bug 1275636. To see this bug, you > must first log in to an account with the appropriate permissions. with "Access Denied" as the Web page's title. So now we know #1275636 is resolved.
