With my existing work profile the Data Manager was very slow in Seamonkey under Windows. It was good again after deleting storage/*.*, content-prefs.sqlite, cookies.sqlite, formhistory.sqlite, permissions.sqlite, places.sqlite, storage.sqlite and webappsstore.sqlite But be aware that some mostly unnecessary data from former website visits will be lost after this.
