Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 SeaMonkey/2.46; Build ID: 20161005013219 on openSUSE Linux 42.1

I don't use anything newer because I cannot located anything newer that is built with GTK2, and GTK3 builds suffer this usability/accessibility bug:

Is there something I need to install or enable to permit web page SVG images to display? It's very annoying, as these non-displayed images are typically next or OK or submit or menu option link buttons in odd locations on the pages that when hovered produce nothing on the status bar to indicate an expected destination or result.
