I haven't used any Windows since XP and never looked at Copernic.
Looking at the first couple of hits I got on a search suggests it's a member of a class of utilities that I didn't investigate.

I think you need to give us a better description of what you wish to accomplish. I suspect the "how" may be as important as the "what". A possible set of questions to answer:
  What do you like best/least about Copernic?
  What do you like best/least about SeaMonkey's search?
  What do you want that neither does nicely?
