I was having this issue with the SM 2.48 version. If I went to check on a password, it would lock the browser up tight for several minutes. After reading about the issue with the 'webappsstore.sqlite' issue, I went into my profile, opened it, closed down SM, and then changed the name to webappsstorea.sqlite and the issue went away. If I should ever need it, it's still there. Other than that, I've little other problems.
