It's a bit late now, but when I search on windows and don't find
anything I try from the command line:
CD C:\
DIR/S/B FILENAME*.*
Just in case the index is messed up or something.
Worth a try, Richmond .... Let me try .....
C:\users\Daniel>CD C:\
C:\>DIR/s/b *MSI brought up heaps of files. (C:\ is my Windows System
Drive)
C:\>DIR/S/B G:\*.MSI brought up about 10 files (G:\ is my "other
executables " Drive e.g. where SeaMonkey is installed)
C:\>DIR/S/B H:\*.MSI brought up about "File Not Found" (H:\ is my "User
Files" Drive e.g. where SeaMonkey Profile is installed)
So still no go.
One of the files that was located in my C:\Users\Daniel\Downloads was
"LibreOffice_5.2.5_Win_x86" which is supposed to be a Windows Installer
file, but at only 32KB, I wasn't hold much hope that, maybe, perhaps, by
trying this program it would pull all the other 230-odd MB out of
somewhere .... but, alas, no, still no good!! ;-(
Just as well, whilst visiting my sister today, I used her Chrome on Win
10 to pull down a copy of the file ... now 5.3.0!! ;-)
