Windows 7 Ultimate
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101
        SeaMonkey/2.46

I get code 200: "OK".

However, note the following:

* The latest end-user release of SeaMonkey is 2.46. Any later version
is either unofficial or still in development. Using such later versions
might be risky.

* It appears that the domain scanmaker.com is up for sale. That most
likely means the site <http://www.scanmaker.com> is no longer alive. I
am using the Secret Agent extension, which keeps changing the
characteristics of my browser in the headers I send. When I try
repeated requests to <http://www.scanmaker.com>, I get a variety of
different offers to sell the domain.

Consider:
* Most state mandate that drivers have liability insurance.
* Employers are mandated to have worker's compensation insurance.
* If you live in a flood zone, flood insurance is mandatory.
* If your home has a mortgage, fire insurance is mandatory.

Why then is mandatory health insurance so bad??
