This time with the Secret Agent extension disabled, I had no problem
viewing the page at <http://scanmarker.com/>.
I activated the LiveHTTPHeaders extension, which showed that the
complete rendering required 69 GET requests. The first request replied
code 301 (Moved Permanently), and the URI <http://www.scanmarker.com/>
was changed to <http://scanmarker.com/> (dropping the www). Near the
end of the replies was one returned code 206 (Partial Content), which
was for the only reply with content-type audio/mpeg. All the other
replies returned code 200(OK) for various content-types.

Consider:
* Most state mandate that drivers have liability insurance.
* Employers are mandated to have worker's compensation insurance.
* If you live in a flood zone, flood insurance is mandatory.
* If your home has a mortgage, fire insurance is mandatory.
Why then is mandatory health insurance so bad??
