You can attach images to posts. Some groups display all images, others
won't, but will display some images (I think it is a size issue), others
won't display any images (or it is decided by the server you pull them from,
not sure).

How do I delete posts ?
Or how do I obfuscate posts ?
Or how do I get rid of posts ?
These are not my posts but from others.
I.E. I do not want to be able to see these particular posts.
You can delete posts in your newsreader typically by selecting the post and
pressing backspace or delete. This does not delete the post from others
viewing it. You can prevent yourself from seeing posts when they arrive by
setting up filters in your newsreader.
