Windows 7 Ultimate
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101
        SeaMonkey/2.46
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101
Thunderbird/52.1.1 with Protocols: POP3 and SMTP

I do not see this problem.

You might have a corrupted DNS cache. Try the following:

1. In Windows, open a command window. If you cannot find the entry in
your Start list, go to
        C:\Windows\System32
and double-click
        cmd.exe

2. Paste the following at the blinking cursor in the Administrator:DOS
window:
        C:\WINDOWS\system32\ipconfig.exe /flushdns
NOTE WELL: To paste, DO NOT use Ctrl-V. Instead, right-click on the
window's title bar and select [Edit > Paste] in the pull-down menu.

3. On your keyboard, press Enter.

4. Paste the following at the blinking cursor:
        C:\WINDOWS\system32\ipconfig.exe /registerdns
Again, use the paste method from step #2.

5. On your keyboard, press Enter.

6. Wait until you see:
> Registration of the DNS resource records for all adapters of this
> computer has been initiated. Any errors will be reported in the Event
> Viewer in 15 minutes.

7. At the blinking cursor, type:
        exit

If this does not help, you might have a virus that is causing redirects.
That is, it causes a request to a particular URI to resolve to a
different URI. In that case, a scan with your anti-virus application
would be appropriate.

Consider:
* Most state mandate that drivers have liability insurance.
* Employers are mandated to have worker's compensation insurance.
* If you live in a flood zone, flood insurance is mandatory.
* If your home has a mortgage, fire insurance is mandatory.

Why then is mandatory health insurance so bad??
