This is a bit vague. What are the symptoms? error messages?
Do you just get a blank screen? Perhaps you can publish a
screen shot? That would help people help you.
FWIW, it works for me with SM 2.49.1 and JS disabled.

I just get a white page with this at the top left: "Access To Website
Blocked". Never saw this before.
