I think I can confirm Ed's observation. Until now I did not check that
systematically, but it seems that all my mail (POP3 and IMAP) and
news-accounts show the green arrow in Folder Pane correctly - except
news.mozilla.org. Strange!

Thunderbird.
I thought the bug was about mail.
