That if you are talking about Frontier mail, I thought you said *Gmail*
for Gmail it is:
Server Name: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 587
Security: STARTTLS
On gmail.com set for "Let less secure apps use your account"

Don't think SeaMonkey does the OAuth2 like Thunderbird, maybe it does
now and my settings are just legacy.
