In Seamonkey 2.49.2 I click on Tools -> Web Development -> Responsive
Design View and nothing happens. I assume this function is the same as
the "Responsive Design Mode" (the shortcuts are the same) in Firefox 58,
which works. Is there a configuration or preference setting I need to
set to get this to work in SeaMonkey?
