Activating Seamonkey

[Arthur N. Dunning III]

I recently downloaded the newest Seamonkey release to my computer, but 
when I click on the button to execute, Seamonkey doesn't activate. I 
extracted the archive, as usual, but the problem occurred just the same. 
What do I need to do to make it run?
