Have you not seen the "Weird problem with Google" thread opened 14 hours before 
this one?

Same problem has recently occurred using SeaMonkey 2.48 on a Mac, updated to 
2.49.4 same error occurs.

Suggested work around in above thread, to disable SM's user agent string option not to advertise Firefox compatibility does correct the error but not a solution as that too causes problems accessing some sites.

It's a Google glitch not SeaMonkey, Duck Duck Go search works correctly.
