Is there any way to export from the Data manager to some other format
(Text file, CSV file etc) ? Specifically I want to export all my
password - site, user name, password (un-encrypted. I realize I can view
one at a time in the Data manager but I want to export all of them.
This is to make a back up list, not to transfer to a different
browser/computer. Using a cloud sync service is not an acceptable option
for security reasons.
Google leads me to a possible extension called
password_exporter-1.2.1-mod.xpi
https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/seamonkey/addon/password-exporter/reviews/
But I am unable to find a location to actually download it from.
Windows 7
SeaMonkey 2.49.4
I use the Password Exporter 1.3.4 extension from
<http://passwordexporter.fligtar.com>. However, this requires
conversion for compatibility with SeaMonkey. If you request here in
this newsgroup thread, I can put my converted copy on my Web site for
you to download. (I archive all software installers except for Windows
and AVG updates.)
NOTE: Password Exporter is NOT a Webextension and might not work with
future versions of SeaMonkey, Thunderbird, or Firefox.
If you can post it or e-mail to me that would be great. Look at my
e-mail and you should be able to figure out the anti-spam part to remove.
I went the link you posted but the download button comes to the same
dead end I found with the link I also posted.
Looks like Mozilla has removed all hosting of extensions?
