It's all about the user agent string in which is being presented... The

I found the following useragent string works for me on both github & google
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0
One final note is if you 'advertise lighnting' as installed it can cause
problems on mulitple sites with not being able to click on things and
have them work...
I have both advertise firefox compatibility and lightning unchecked with
a useragent override using the above mentioned string.
I wasted the better part of an afternoon trying to get Github to fully
work in SM. I finally gave up and added it to the increasing list of
sites that no longer work correctly in SM. I'm using Firefox for those
sites.

While github works with seamonkey for the most part I did discover a
problem that I was wonder if anyone figured out a work around for...
I posted an 'issue' with a particular app on github and everything
worked/posted as was expected.. however when I went to edit my
question I couldn't... the buttons to do so simply didn't work...
strangely pale moon worked fine...
Has anyone encountered this problem recently? If so, is there
anything that resolves it using seamonkey?
thanks
