*ALL* other entries for each group are the same.
GROUP#1
retrieves messages *ONLY* on explicit request via Menu->Get Msgs
GROUP#2
retrieves messages on explicit request via Menu->Get Msgs
occasionally retrieves messages at times *I* cannot predict
WHY?

Richard, check "Server Settings" for the two Accounts under Edit->Mail &
Newsgroups Account settings.
Are they the same??
