Not sure how to do "safe mode" but I made a new profile and same problem

I don't see any picture. Well, not until I disable AdBlock Plus... Now I
see two images, one a color photo of the late deputy's head with a
patriotic background and one a black-and-white image of him from nose to
shins. The text overlays it, making it difficult to read.
