I am doing this using Mnenhy. You have to deselect 'inherit parent data' from 'Folder Storage' for that. Among other possibilities you can choose 'size' instead of the default 'lines' for certain NGs. Or switch the language of dictionaries per NG or news server. Or... :) Maybe there is another way to arrange for different layouts regarding the columns I do not know of.
