If you would read the complete Wikipedia article cited above, you would learn that doing a metasearch -- either via a single search application that in turn uses several other search engines or else somehow making SeaMonkey select multiple search engines -- can be problematical. * Different search engines have differeint input syntaxes. * Metasearches too often return redundant results. * Etc. -- David E.
