The videos on this Home Depot page do not play for me, but they do play if I use Chrome. What's wrong?

Try using the User Agent string from Chrome in SM.

Here's the Chrome user-agent:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/81.0.4044.138 Safari/537.36

Can I use that directly for one of these from SM?

general.useragent.override.www.google.com;Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0

general.useragent.extra.firefox;Firefox/43.0

I have never been able to use FF or SM at homedepot.
Always have to resort to IE11.
Oth, my FF and SM have multiple blocks that I don't want to turn off to see if FF and SM works with homedepot.

I don't know if it the Chrome sting will work or not.
It does not work for me due to my blocks.
Try making it site specific for www.homedepot.com and let us know.
