You are all awesome! I finally decided to email the Bank. I have always used the phone but sometimes you get transferred numerous times and dropped etc. Will let you know the results of that. In the meantime I will continue to jump over to FireFox for banking. Actually for the past several months SM was crashing several times a day and I was needing FireFox to get anything done. My email was getting really unstable but after I went to 2.53.3 it all seemed to settle down. God Bless and hopefully USB will respond soon.
