What's the issue that you need support?
I've been a customer and have never needed support.
I had no trouble signing into my account using SeaMonkey 2.53.3 without
any extensions on Linux.
Clicked the Support link and the Comcast Customer Service - Xfinity
Technical Support page opened.
Did you try calling them?

I will go by the store tomorrow, Monday, to speak about the issue I
wanted assistance with.
But I was hoping to access the potential info through the website.
I have even tried using the add-on UAS and that did not work for me either.
